The location was convenient. I could easily walk to nearby attractions. The hotel provided complimentary shuttle service to the mall. It also included a surprise birthday cake for my daughter, thoughtful, a nice touch.
The check-in process was slow. I had to wait a while to get my room. My room had a connecting door to the next room.

i appreciated the convenient location of the hotel for accessing main attractions. a complimentary shuttle service to kite beach and the mall was available, and it was very useful. the room was clean, and the view toward the waterfront was very pleasing.
during check-in, minimal information about local places of interest was provided. when i asked specific questions, the staff was not helpful, and i felt uninformed.

the room included a king-sized bed and a seating area, and . it also featured a modern bathroom with high-end fixtures. the room was kept very clean, though the soundproofing was minimal.

the hotel was very clean the staff were cute. i enjoyed the spacious room with nice amenities. the lobby manager assisted with early check-in which i appreciated. the hotel offered a free shuttle to the dubai mall and kite beach which was convenient.
i found that there was only one toothbrush provided when two would have been ideal

The breakfast was quite good. I found a wide array of options.
I was disappointed with the larder restaurant. Getting a table proved difficult, and requesting cutlery was another challenge. the kids' play area lacked supervision. Some children behaved rowdily, and parents did not intervene. this hotel lacked the warmth present at other radisson blu hotels. It felt subpar overall.

Breakfast had many choices. It helped start my day well. the location near attractions made exploring easy. i liked the comfortable room. It had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.
the gym only had two stationary bikes. though functional, more variety would be welcome.
